LAST date update on linked table

I have linked a Teradata table on Access database.
The terdata table is updated at every day.
Is possible to know the last date of update table?

    note:
    I use Ado and VB6

I wouldn't think so unless there is some date field in the table itself that would provide a clue.

Otherwise, you would likely need to see the metadata of that table or perhaps create a trigger on table updates into a new table that you could then also link. A third option could be counting records if by "updated" you mean more records are inserted rather than existing ones are modified.

if the table is updated at every day
i would think that the last date of update is always today or yesterday
depending of the time of the day
    seems logical to me
do not put off till tomorrow what you can put off forever

look for adSchemaTables then for the Value Date_Modified
to hunt a species to extinction is not logical !
since 2010 the number of Tigers are rising again in 2016 - 3900 were counted. with Baby Callas it's 3901, my wife and I had 2-3 months the privilege of raising a Baby Tiger.
