Is there a way to copy Window Form from one project to another project?

For example, a similar window form is needed for another project, so it is better to modify from already-have window form (coming with codes).

Should I export the window form then import the window form to another project?

Right-click the project in the Solution Explorer, select Add > Existing Item and then select the desired form or whatever.
