Using Mono in Ubuntu
Hi,
I have to run some ASP code in an Apache server, so I just installed the whole ubuntu package for mono.
I set it up but I am getting the following error:
[error] Failed to connect to mod-mono-server after several attempts to spawn the process.
My default file looks as follows:
<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost
AddHandler mono .asp .aspx ascx .asax .ashx .config .cs .asmx .axd
MonoApplications “/:/var/www/myapp”
MonoServerPath /usr/bin/mod-mono-server4
DocumentRoot /var/www
<Directory />
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
</Directory>
<Directory /var/www/myapp>
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
AllowOverride AuthConfig FileInfo
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
SetHandler mono
</Directory>
Any ideas why I am getting this error?
Thanks
