Lost some part visibility of controls in Windows 10

    Hello!

I'm not sure when this happen, but now in Windows 10 mysteriously "lost" part of the elements from the forms of some applications.

For example, when i'm install an old Visual Studio, OptionButton is not displayed:
    Name: normal.PNG
Views: 831
Size: 17.5 KB
if i'm change the scale in the video settings to 102%, it looks like this:

    Name: 102.PNG
Views: 800
Size: 10.0 KB,

    at 125% this form:
    Name: 125.JPG
Views: 813
Size: 31.2 KB

Or, for example, "artifacts" in the code editor itself, at a normal scale:
    Name: normal.JPG
Views: 880
Size: 12.9 KB

    but at 125%:
    Name: 125_arr.JPG
Views: 819
Size: 11.2 KB

    P.S. W10 assembly installed 1709 (17025.1000)
if someone has the same build (type in Win+R 'winver'), look in the editor of VB6.0 or VBA in Microsoft Office (Alt + F11), whether there are any scrolling arrows (up-down-left-right) for the code window.

PSS setting another harddrive with Windows 8, then everything is fine (early think, what problem in video card).

Some of the applications have lost their functionality, they do not display checkboxes, radio buttons, etc.
Maybe possible detect hwnd of this artifact element and check library or something else?
    Help!

Interesting. A recent Windows update? My version is 1709 (16299.192) and haven't seen those issues. As for VB IDE itself, I've been running the IDE with Windows themes, DPI-aware, for years and can't make an equal comparison to your screenshots.

P.S. Is that installer from a Microsoft product? Just curious.

Edited: Found other instances on the net with your problem.
Google: 1709 17025.1000 checkbox option button missing

Oh, thanks for the help. Looked for information on this matter. Someone said that already in the assembly 17040 the problem is fixed. Now I'm starting to download 17074.1000. I will report the results later.Name: fix_17040.jpg

This seems more of a general interest PC item than strictly programming. At the rate we are going, we're going to need a forum for "Interesting Things That Win10 Can Do To You", but we haven't got one, yet.
