read XML message(connecting to IBM Message queue) websphere using vb.net

    Hi,

I am new to message Ques and XML. My requirement is to connect to IBM MQ(websphere) and read messages which are in XML format, process them and insert in our database(oracle).

Can anybody help on reading XML messages from Message Queue(websphere) using vb.net. I am using VS2015 and installed the "WebSphereMqClient" by IBM. Any code sample to read an XML message from the MQ would highly appreciated..

Your earliest response is highly appreciated..

    Thank You,
    skana.

Does IBM have a manual/documentation on reading messages from Message Queue?

I did some searching and found related articles to that written in C#. I guess the idea can be applied to VB.NET as well.
