I need help Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

Need help to resolve the following error I am getting. We are using this for placing work orders, the guy that set this up years ago is no longer with the company. I was attempting to change some fields the other day, now getting this:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver][mysqld-5.6.37-82.2-log]You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''','','dave','90371','22763','dave@palmbeach','90372','','1' at line 1

    /workorders/newissue.asp, line 112

Though this has nothing to do with your problem. I advise you drop ODBC and get the net/connector
    https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/6.9.html

It would be easier to ID your problem if you paste your code, specifically the block related to your connection.

Does Dave know you posted his email address to the internet? If I email him about it will he be happy?
This answer is wrong. You should be using TableAdapter and Dictionaries instead.
