    Cant apply themes in VB.NET

    First of all, hello everyone, this is my first post here

    Thats what I want to apply, but I cant do anythings with themes since I've installed VS2017, after I create a new class and debug/rel it, nothing new in the toolbox

    I was using VS2015 until now, so not sure if anything different with applying themes.
