    All threads

    It says there are 256,865 threads. I only see 49 threads. Where's all the rest of them

    It depends on your settings. When viewing the threads, scroll to the bottom of the page. You will find the section for Thread Display Options. On there is a drop down with the caption "Show threads from the...." By default, this has a setting that is different for each forum. For Classic VB, the setings is "Last Month", so all you are seeing is the threads that have been active in the last month. You can change that setting if you want to see more, though asking for all quarter million might be a bit of a burden.
