RSS Feed
Does the forum have a RSS feed? If so, what would be the connect string. I'm new with RSS so if "connect string" is not the right terminology, just overlook me.
thanks

Note that there are restrictions on what you can do with a site's data.

Re: RSS Feed
Thank you so much Brad. I'm using Rainmeter and one of the skins developed for it is the RSS feed. Right now I have one that checks Rainmeter forum for new posts, replies, etc. Is one of the restrictions how long to wait before asking for an update? I have the ability to change that to whatever it needs to be

You don't want to check too often due to performance on both sides. You can look a the new posts link at the top left of this page to see what frequency posts happen at times.

Thanks for the help. Really appreciate it. If you don't mind, I may have a few more questions while I'm getting things set up.

Re: RSS Feed
Is there a way to only get posts from the VB.Net forum? And if you can, would the connection string be:
http://www.vbforums.com/forumdisplay...l.php?type=rss
I just tried the about link and it did take me to the vb.net forum but still don't know if that would get me the rss feed. I'm going to try it in Rainmeter and see if it works.

If you need to find out specifics, you can just google something like "vbulletin rss feeds" or something.
