Government is another way to say better…than…you.
It’s like ice but no pick, a murder charge that won’t stick,
it’s like a whole other world where you can smell the food,
but you can’t touch the silverware.
Huh, what luck. Fascism you can vote for.
Humph, isn’t that sweet?
And we’re all gonna die some day, because that’s the American way

If you're referring to G4 processor speeds, a G4 867 kicks a 1.4 P4's ass to the moon. That's because PowerPC processors process more data in a CPU cycle than Intel chips do, especially the P4...
Intel is realizing that since they are a well known name all they have to do is stick a big megahertz number on a crappy chip and people will buy it...the stupid people that is. In most situations, AMD beats Intel, but Motorola and IBM (makers of PowerPC chips) beat AMD.
I am not a Mac owner but no be dissin mac!

*cough* Actually my ZX-80 kicks a 1.4gig P4's ass. It's the suckiest processor to have ever been released. (Is suckiest a word... if not, then it should be!)
The P4's are as slow as an exhausted tortoise trying to run through treacle......

I used the P4 as an example to show that just because it has more mhz that it isn't necessarily faster than a processor with less mhz
if ya read my mini rant about Intel then you'd see what I mean

This isnt working people. We have to get more people involced in this. I say we post threads about this on every forum!! It'll annoy the hell out of people like Filburt but well get ahead. The first place team has roughly 4X the number of people we have.

I think it's working quite well, actually
To whoever complained about proxies - does it support NAT? You need that since it makes a DIRECT connection to the server, rather than checking some kind of proxy which I think only web browsers bother to do.

If I install ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on this machine, which has AnalogX Proxy running now, will it work? I know that my friend can use ICS to play games on Microsoft's Gaming Zone, and that need a direct connection to the server. Proxy doesn't work because it doesn't make a direct connection to the server.

Scott - if I bothered I might be able to set up a farm of 400s but I don't think my mum's school would appreciate the electricity bill
Tom - read John's first post and follow the instructions, it's clear enough
