vba help for adding updated data from one workbook to another
Hi all,
I'm having issue for inserting the updated data from one workbook to another. I would like all the updated data, for instance, even if the updated data is in the middle of somewhere, altogether to be added in the next blank row in another workbook everytime when it is being updated. Can anyone help?
Code:
If varSheetA(iRow, iCol) = varSheetB(iRow, iCol) Then
Else
eRow = ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("Sheet1").Cells(Rows.Count, 3).End(xlUp).Row + 1
ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet1").Range("C" & eRow & ":E" & eRow).Value = wbkA.Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A" & iRow & ":C" & iRow).Value

Re: vba help for adding updated data from one workbook to another
probably better to find erow once, then add +1 each time data is written
i do not believe the problem is in the code pasted here, you would need to post more, as in your other thread
i do my best to test code works before i post it, but sometimes am unable to do so for some reason, and usually say so if this is the case.
Note code snippets posted are just that and do not include error handling that is required in real world applications, but avoid On Error Resume Next
dim all variables as required as often i have done so elsewhere in my code but only posted the relevant part
come back and mark your original post as resolved if your problem is fixed
