    I am upgrading my machine today.

    Not really... its a virtual machine because stupid software wont run on 8.

    Yeah, is that some kind of prerequisite? Is it kind of the opposite of those software packages that promise brain training? It's kind of a brain softener.

    You're supposed to follow up with brain conditioner too by the way. MK Ultra Downy for instance.

    You shouldn't be using that stuff. While it does condition the brain, it leaves a residue that builds up and can cause brain fires.

    Only if you want to start using VB6. If you're happy to stick with VB5 then ME is a better choice.
