    to_date' is not a recognized built-in function name

    I m posting here few stuff of my query ..
    and (integer(months_between(to_date(getdate(),'YYYYMMDD'),to_date(AO_REQUEST_DATE,'YYYYMMDD'))*30) >=1
    and I m getting an error
    to_date' is not a recognized built-in function name
    any help
