How can I install VB 2013 on Window 7?
I have tried both Ultimate and Professional version of 2013.
I need it for a MIS class.

It sounds like you might not have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed.
I don't know, haven't used 2013 myself.
2012 should be about the same and should be good for a class you would think.
But, if it really has to be 2013, check for the Service pack, or perhaps Win8 in a Virtual machine?

I believe Blend needs Windows 8. You need IE10, which it tells you in the box at the bottom.
What kind of "version" do you have that gives you access to Pro and/or Ultimate? You can get an Express version of VS that is the base level and is absolutely free.
I run VS-Premier 2013 at work on a Windows 7 machine fine (albeit slower than VS2012).

Sadly, Express still doesn't work. Is there another solution?

So, we are back to the same question. Have you installed the W7-Sp1? What about that IE10 message that it keeps telling you about?

Hey, why don't we who write software for a living help someone who uses pirated software? That sounds like a great idea!
