    How fast is fast enough

    Right now I have Verizon 50/50 but do I need that much speed. All I do is use the Internet for here, a few searches, etc. I do not play Internet games, download video, or movies or any other long or huge file sizes or go to social networks. 50/50 is costing me big bucks and I was wondering if I could be just as well off with something slower.

    You definitely could go much lower.

    Right now I pay for a 16/2 connection and I do play video games (although rarely now a days) and stream video and torrent. I have zero complaints about the speeds I get.
