    https://www.iconfinder.com/

Search for the icons you want. (make sure it's free, and check its license)
after doing a search, the left menu contains a price filter, make sure its set to Free, and "No Link Back" license.
these can be used for toolbar icons in your application.

There are literally millions of icons available across the net, You just need to search for them.
There are also quite a few included with VB

I use IconArchive.Com for all my icons.

C++ programmers will dismiss you as a cretinous simpleton for your inability to keep track of pointers chained 6 levels deep and Java programmers will pillory you for buying into the evils of Microsoft. Meanwhile C# programmers will get paid just a little bit more than you for writing exactly the same code and VB6 programmers will continue to whitter on about "footprints". - FunkyDexter

I've always used the free ico, cur, bmp editor on the VB6 CD which will make 16, 32 and 64 bit icons Imagedit exe and IcoFX 1.6.4.

I've been programming with VB for 25 years. Started with VB4 16bit Pro, VB5 Pro, VB6 Pro/Enterprise and now VB3 Pro. But I'm no expert, I'm still learning.
