why there no programming language Pascal
I'm somewhere a couple of years ago and then studied Pascal did not find him?

You can post your Pascal questions in the Other Programming Languages section or join a Pascal forum.

It got moved around... and when it was Windows-fied, renamed to Delphi. Delphi isn't cheap though... but there is another alternative called Lazarus that is an open-sourced version.

Delphi is based on Pascal, but saying Delphi = Pacal is slightly misleading.
Pascal's main evolutionary path was through Modula-2 and not some proprietary extended Pascal.

Yes, that is like saying C# or C++ are C which, that are not.
