32 bits ActiveX and 64 bits Target Platform.
Dear All,
My Winform (C#) application uses 32bit ActiveX control, and I want to run my application on 64bit platform, but it does not work.
I tried to change the build target platform from "ANY CPU" to "x86" then rebuild it but still facing the problem ..
Any body have experience on this?
Please help
Thanks & Regards
Win

Re: 32 bits ActiveX and 64 bits Target Platform.
Have you tried installing the Eel Compatibility pack? Then you'll need to enable the Coil Stack processing, then engage the thrusters, at which point you should be able to move forward with your hover craft.
If, after all that, you're still having issues, you may want to try posting what exactly the problem is. Presumably you're getting an error, if so, what is it? As strange as it may sound, often the source of the problem usually exists within the error message. I mean if I get a message "Eel compatibility not set" well, then I know what the problem is. I may not know how to fix it, but at least I have a clue now. If I get a "Divide by 0 error" ... agqin, that's another clue.
Otherwise all we can do is remove the eels from our hover crafts or turn on the Eel Compatibility layer.
