Here is a sample project......it allows you to MAKE/SCHEDULE appointments, but does not notify you of them via email or other means....it just DISPLAYS them. Uses an ACCESS database.
    Try it.

Here's a more robust one I created for my Church.....(doesn't use an MSFlexGrid like the last one did).

recommend you use a flexgrid and a textbox) same backcolor(s) as the grid textmatrix) to enter the new appointments (as you can't enter directly into a flexgrid). That all looks easily enough to do....just using the calendar (or month) controls, a textbox and a flexgrid.

    Hi Sam,
The download link does not work
    Regards,
    Rob
PS I have been using SGrid2 for a decade, but needing to revert to MSFflexgrid, as it allows direct print to an image that can be as long and wide as Texas. (Even 10Tec iGrid can't create an image)
So I decided to build up a library of everything exciting that one can do with a flexgrid.
PPS I realize that that download does not use a flexgrid, but you piqued my interest.

Yeah Bobbles....had to delete some attachments a while ago as it got 'full' on the site. Here it is re-posted.

(Go to Nov 2016 see data---I have not personally used this in awhile...my Church secretary does.)

It does not use, as you noted, a grid, but instead a series of textboxes. It looks like this:

EDIT---the first link (Excel Calendar in Post #4) does work, and it DOES us an MSFlexgrid. Haven't played with this one for a long time either.

    Not sure...can you?

    Sorry...just couldn't resist.

I am positive it can be done...I just didn't ever to it that way. Maybe I'll look at it some day when I get the chance (extremely busy at this time).

And this work is FAR from excellent. It has a plethora of improper coding events throughout...since I wrote this, I have learned a lot more about VB6. If any good VB programmer looks at that code, they'll go 'yuch'....but, it works.
