Usually I reading packets by using WPE.Pro
They're looks like that: 82 FF FF 41 00 00 0F 0E 00 01
I would like to create a special software which will be sending this packet into the game when ever I want.

So you have a "Whatsover"software that is able to read packets (packet-sniffer). To stay in this way I' suggest you search for a software that isn't only able read but also can send. But that is not a coding question.

The software what is able to send packets. Good Idea. Trust me. It's exactly what I want.
I mean that I trying to make something like bot with the healing option.
I just need to know the method of sending packets into Tibia (Yes, that's this game). Of course it's not a real Tibia, it's only my friend's server. ).
The WPE Pro can send these packets into tibia ;> But I want my own bot.
As I said I using VB2010
