Forum searches hang constantly
Howdie.
I have noticed that for about a couple of weeks now, anytime I try a search, the search either never completes (just hangs) or ends up with a blank page. This happens in both Firefox and IE.
Is there anything I am doing wrong on my end?
Thanks!

Re: Forum searches hang constantly
Can you give an example of what you are searching for? I believe if you use too many search terms at once, you can cause the system to take forever.

Hey Brad, thanks for your reply.
It may be a slammed server or something. My search strings were pretty small, like, "Number of files on hard drive", "Get command prompt results into vb6", "Count files on drive".

Re: Forum searches hang constantly
The search queries took between 5 and 8 seconds to display on my screen from the time I pressed enter in Chrome.I tried all three.

Re: Forum searches hang constantly
It may have been a coincidence that when I would search for something over the past two weeks that the servers were hung up or had a lot of traffic.
