    Bold only part of a label

    I am making a Label using VBA in Microsoft Word 2010. The Label is made up of several texts and numbers.
    >
    Label1.Caption = "Avg: " & the_average & " - " & count_of_1
    >
    Now, I want to make only the first part which is ("Avg: ") be bold. The rest must not be bold. How can I do that?
    Thanks in advance

    not in a label control, you might try a rich text box, or multiple labels adjoining, positioning at the end of the text of the previous
    i do my best to test code works before i post it, but sometimes am unable to do so for some reason, and usually say so if this is the case.
    Note code snippets posted are just that and do not include error handling that is required in real world applications, but avoid On Error Resume Next

    dim all variables as required as often i have done so elsewhere in my code but only posted the relevant part

    not in a label, but the appearance you desire is possible using other methods
