can i convert vb 2010 application into a windows app?

i developed a application which tells relation by entering two names i made in vs2010 >visual basic

can i convert that same in windows 8 or 7 mobile app >how can i do that please give me suggestions

That would involve first of all knowing how complex the original application is. Such as what controls are used, whether or not third-party tools, etc have been used.
