Is it webmin or jut bad support

I have previously bought and configured a VPS server with cpanel installed for a friend.

NOw i want one for myself and bought one with webmin, as i cant afford cpanel its not worth it for me.

So i was told webmin is good.

i have a domain with oneandone.com and tried to connect it to my VPS.

I set the A record to point to my VPS IP.

I was told to leave MX record blank. But will emails sent to admin@mydomain.com still get forwarded to my yahoo mail one?

in webmin, theres BIND DNS Server and the Apache Webserver, are these just different software offereing the same thing. So its either one or the other?

Do i need to create a "master zone" etc... in the BIND DNS Server.

It will only be me for the time being using the VPS, so whats my easiest way to connect my domain at to my VPS?

Then the issue of editing mysql tables, it seems webmin doesnt have phpmyadmin but it says you can install it as a third party module, but when i tried it says, you cant because the module is for usermin not webmin? what? so why is it listed as a webmin module? doesnt even make sense
