Detail Section Crystal reports

I have multiple details in a report and having a problem with them repeating. for example:

Detail section A----
item number description qty price
sub description qty price

Detail section B-------
Inclusions

Detail Section C
Exclusions

And the preview of the report shows:


123 structural assembly part -1 10 $1200
Bolts 20 $200
Plate 300 $1000
Inclusions

Exclusions

124 structural assembly part -2 10 $1200
Bolts 20 $200
Plate 300 $1000
Inclusions

125 structural assembly part -3 10 $1200

The report must look like following:

I need the following:

Pretty much keep the details separate from each other. the inclusions and exclusions keep repeating.

The detail data must be ordered somehow that the inclusions & exclusions be at last place inside the group
and you must filter the normal data , the inclusions and the exclusions using one formula for each one

Enter to Section expert
Click each detail section
Check Suppress
Click over the x+2 button ath the right side of Suppress
Write a condition that gives true (this means that the detail row is not printed)
