How to use a webcam?

Hello,
I would like to know how to use a webcam in VB. I tried to use touchless SDK, but it doesn't work. Does anyone know of a control/dll that does this?
And if not, what's the way to do it?

I've never worked with a webcam in visualbasic before, however I have used the search function here in the forums before. This came up from Pino.

I tried it, but the image of the webcam doesn't align with the picturebox.
For example, I made a 300*300 picturebox, but it only displayed the top left corner of the camera image.
