So guys, I am now accepting donations of your million dollar ideas. I need a new project to work on, one that preferably turns a very large amount of profit. I am coming to that age (almost 21) where I need to have at least a 6 figure bank account, which I am far from.
So, throw your ideas at me, I will give you credit after I make the first 6 figures. You should probably only give me the ideas if you are already very wealthy. That way you don't screw yourself over.

I can't even legally acknowledge that statement, but I have dabbled in the subject. You would think that it is profitable, but then you have to consider the extended business costs. You need atleast $10,000 stashed as bail money, another $10,000 in case you get robbed. You have to sell drugs you aren't willing to do, or you lose profit, but usually you aren't even willing to sell them. Then the simple code of drug dealing:

Nah, what you do is hang around likely spots hoping to catch hold of Zira and Cornelius when they arrive from the future. Steal their baby Caesar as breeding stock to create a new race of low-paid workers to work in Apple's no-name sweatshops making ever cheaper consumer goods.

Better build a bunker though, eventually they'll revolt and suppress humanity.

Most millionairs that got their first million in their first 5 years of business where in the waste management business. Otherwise, if you're not looking for a hard working, long term investment, then I would suggest a few things:
A. Casino
B. Drug dealing(suggested before)
C. Smuggling drugs(a blue collar alternative to the selling nuclear waste idea)
D. Bank robbery
E. Defeat chuck norris(only happened once, dunno if you'd wanna try)

Otherwise I'm 21 and setting aside a few bucks a week. By the time I'm 55 I should have somewhere around 1.8 million; if there is still a us dollar around. I also work from 8:30 to 5:30 with a job that provides benefits; you gotta remember that if your health fails, your millions would go away quickly without an Health Care plan.

$1000 is "a few bucks?"

1.8 million/((55-21)*52 weeks/yr) = 1018 each week considering today's 0% interest paid on savings accounts.

Or "invest" it in Las Vegas (er, Wall Street) and risk having nothing left at 55 years old.

Not a savings, it's an account that's based on the market. What happens is it locks in an intrest rate based on how well the day is. If the market where to have bad days, my intrest rate would never drop below a certain percentage. I say I'm setting it aside because it's direct deposited out each week.
