i think by cash he means that you can call to real phones, but that costs.

if skype isn't good enough you could try Teamspeak 3, its also free, and perfectly suited for gaming clans/communities.

it all depends on what you need this service for.

I am studying in another country next year and I will need to be making calls to my family, so I am wondering what the best Voip service is for me. I want to be able to receive calls and make calls like a normal phone. I know that you can do calls through Skype and Google Plus, but are is there any way to use these Voip Discounts on a mobile phone without it costing a fortune to make and receive calls? Again, I do not want to have to get a phone plan that will cost a lot of money. Any information would be great. Thanks!
