    Lightbulb Registration Scheme 3 - CD Key Creator

    Hi,

    This is my third attempt at a Registration Scheme this time it a project to allow you to generator Keys that you might use in your programs,
    or for when installing your software you may want a user to enter a key like you see in games.
    Anyway the code is well commented and easy to understand, well hope you find some use for it
    Comments and suggestions welcome.
