Hey guys,
Haven't been on the forums lately, partly due to my desktop being out of order. As part of getting it back up and running, I'm going to be doing some custom lighting in it. I'm thinking of writing a lighting control program using .Net, and have it work via a serial connection to the light controller. One thing I want to do is have it react to the system sound, while either playing music or running a game. that's where i need some help. I'm looking for any kind of code which can give me some reaction to sound. Something along the lines of a bar visualizer, where I can just get some numbers that change with the sound would be cool.
Anyone have any kinds of snippets which could work for this? I did a few searches but didn't come up with anything. I'll continue to search while I hopefully get a few replies pointing me in the right direction.
Thanks
(Sorry, not used to the new system. Apparently it chose VS2005 for me, I'm running VS2010, I can't figure out how to change it after posting)
