msdn used to be supplied as a subscription where they would sen you out the disks every year (was it year or month? can't remember). The installation is asking for that disk. If you don't have it you might be able to find a download but you probably need to purchase a subscription.

How old is this version of VS? There was a time when the main installation of VS was on one disc, while MSDN was on another, but I don't think that has been the case for years. These days, I am always asked whether I want to use the online or local version, and I think the local version comes on the VS DVD.
