Is it connected to the computer properly, no loose connection?

Re: Imaging Device Issue under the device Manager

Is it Laptop or Desktop PC you are talking about and is it an external camera ?

    1. Check whether the camera is connected to the system(if it is external camera). If possible, try plugging into other USB ports and see if the issue is solved.

    2. Try reinstalling the driver of the webcam with the latest updates(if available).

    3. If it is an external camera, just test it in your friend's PC or any other PC and see whether it works on that system.

    4. Check the product's website to see whether there is some FAQ or support ticket answered, regarding this issue.

    5. Try reinstalling the Windows OS.

    6. If none of the above works, call the support team to get the hardware checked and repaired.
