hi , I desperately need help with VB

HI, I have this AN assignment to do. i think it is quite simple for the person who know Visual Basics but i missed a few classes coz i was in the hopital and i find it impossible to do and i would really appriciate if sum1 could help me with the codes. i start with dim " bla bla bla" and i get errors on the firs line and i dont know what to do and it is the last assignment and i need it to pass my college course.

http://www.use.com/b614ea337c602a483868 this is the picture of my form.

when i select Band A i want it to give me cerain price in "tax Box"

then if i select disability "yes" than i want it to show me 40% discount in a "discount box"
if i select unemployed then same amount discount, if i select student then same ammount discount as it is taxs so student does not have to pay at all.
if i select 1 or to tenant tax stays the same if there are three then it should be 10% (or whatever) more to pay and 0 in discount box if the person is not disable to work or student and then show me the final tax to pay in the last box.

can any1 help me anyhow please?

    im using VISUAL BASIC 2008

@masta -- That's unfair and uncalled for... just because your one thread went no where despite the people that tried to help you...

@Dav11t ... since this is an assignment, odds are no one is going to do it for you. But... if you can put some effort into it, post what you have, explain what problems you are having, then people are going to be more likely to help you fix the problems and explain what works and what doesn't and why.

Thread moved from the 'Code it Better' forum (which is for discussion about code that already works) to the 'VB.Net' (VB2002 and later) forum

Yes as techgnome said show us what you have so far and maybe help will come!
I am new here to (look at my amount of post) but I have been scrolling through old post by searching and have found a lot of help through that method. So if you show an effort someone may help you, these people are GREAT but wont do your assignment for you.
