[Messenger 2009 on windows xp] - games activex error message

i have the messenger 2009 for windows xp. when i choose a game(now i can't do the double click for select the game) and the other person accept the game, seems upload the game. but then shows me 1 error message:
"ActiveX Objects Missing 2
The Messenger games require ActiveX objects in order to be played. Make sure you have the ability to install ActiveX objects on this computer and restart the game."
i don't know why these error and i try search and nothing. can anyone advice me?

Is your settings preventing the installation of activeX controls? Check your settings. Security, Pop up blocker, ETC. Is your system fully updated? Perhaps the issue is with messenger 2009. That's three years old. In computer terms, It's an ANTIQUE!. LOL Well, thats where I would start to find the problem.

the system is update, i belive that the problem is the internet configurations, but i try correcte them, but the problem stills there

Well in the worse case, just reset your IE configurations to their default values. Then see if you can install activeX.

(i know very things with computers, but these case is "smashing" me)

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced There is a button called Restore Advanced Settings.
Also
Tools/Internet Options/Security There is a button called Reset All Zones to Default Level

That will get your IE to the setup defaults. Then try to see if ActiveX will install. ALSO, you may see a yellow bar at the top or bottom of IE asking you if you want to install the control/program.

the problem still
i had tried the fix tool(from microsoft) and nothing
i have some problems on my system that i don't know fix them
please some help
