update content in div at master page page from content page

HI,

I have 2 masterfiles which are the TopMasterPage and SideMaterpage masterpage. I need to change the div content at the master page after logging into the page from the content page.



TopMasterPage (Div control in this master page)
---------------
SideMaterpage
---------------------------
ContentPage -- (Update content to the Div Control)



I include runat="Server" but fail.
