    Unhappy Geocoding on Google Maps

    I have a MS access table which gets data from a sms modem. The sms are received from 25 GPS devices. I have made a table to assign names to each device (mobile number) and a query to extract the DISTINCT sms based on time stamp, so I get the latest position of each gps (in text format(Lat and Long)) inthe query. I have attached this table to my project in VB 2008, where I am displaying Google maps in a web browser control by reading a html file. I am unable to do the following : -
    (a) Geocode the query to plot the point markers.
    (b) Use the name to display as a label astride the icon
    (c) Refresh the query every 5 seconds
    ( Refresh plot on map every 5 seconds
    ANY HELP ?!?!?!?!
