    JavaScript OnClick/URL?

    I just created a new thread and discovered that, no matter what I did, I could not get the link I had posted to display a simple JS alert box.

    The forum software isn't going to allow you to run a script. That would be a massive security risk....

    I thought so. I could find a way that involves the user doing something, then the user would acknowledge that he's allowing scripts to run at his own risk and cannot hold me or any other VBF member liable, for any viruses, financial damage, blah blah blah.
