Stumped with SMTP Mass Emailing
I was stumped when i saw how much it can cost to send emails.
I bought a mass email list of 50,000 double opt in email addresses.
No the problem is how do i send to them.
I tried PHP mail() script but my host has limit of 2000 per day.
I tried SMTP with gmail who have limit of 500 per day.
Then i looked into VPS and dedicated servers and they are like over $100 a month whihc is ridiculous.
I didnt know its so expensive to send emails.
Now i feel like im stuck with 50,000 emails at this rate using gmail il be here all year just sending one message to the list.

Re: Stumped with SMTP Mass Emailing
After hearing that 17% of all Internet traffic is actually spam email, I'd say it's not hard nor expensive enough.

How about some newsletter service, like: http://mailchimp.com/pricing/ (found it with a quick Google, I'm sure there are many others out there)

Set up 25 lists then? This really isn't rocket science mate.
Can't have 25 lists per account? Set up more accounts?
