Edit the first post in your thread and remove the '[RESOLVED]' title and post icon.
Delete it. They just clutter threads anyway.
All that "marking resolved" does is change the title and add an icon to a thread. You can edit the thread (using the drop down menu) and remove the "resolved" text as well as change or remove the icon.
You also have the option of simply starting a new thread and referencing the original thread in your post.

OH I am not getting that how to edit and remove resolved and add icon?
Hello,
At the top of the thread page, you should see a "Thread Tools" option. Since you started the thread, you should have an option to edit it. Is that not the case?
Gary

I just simply press the edit button on my first post, and i wrote "I need it urgent" and press save button. but the resolved option is still here.![]()
Ah, perhaps I am getting confused with Moderation options.
Once you click "Edit", then click the "Go Advanced" button. In there, you should see the options that you want.

Ok, so looking at this thread, it looks like you have been able to remove the RESOLVED message, but you just need to click the option to not use an icon for the thread title.
