VB.net(visual basic 2010) dice scoring chart

hello im kinda new to the coding world i have half of my program made and i just need some help on getting the second half going i have 5 dice and if you roll a 1 its worth 100 and a 5 is worth 50 and so forth and i just cant seem to be able to wrap my head around how to get the total score of that turn into a text box so i would like so good ole fashioned advice to help me out thanks guys in advanced
