    Wireframes for a web application

Has anyone prototyped their web application using wireframe technology? I am new to wireframes and new to a project that was prototyped using one. I am a little bit confused about what runs behind the scenes to populate the screen fields and do the navigation. I got onto VB Forums and searched "wireframe" and it mostly returned hits in games and programming. I guess it's used a lot for 3D. But if I google it and go to wikipedia, it talks about its use in web app's there. What do you know about it?

    Hello,

No, this is not something that we have used no.

I have seen SketchFlow used with some success though:
