ASP.NET application keep on freezing time to time

One of my asp.net application keep on freezing time to time.

It is hosted in IIS6 and connected to SQL 2000.

My boos said it is my app memory leaking problem but I can not find out.

As I understood, IIS and SQL server will cause app frozen if they are not in correct configuration.

    How to fix this problem?

    Hello,

If I were you, I would get yourself a free trial of something like:

    http://www.red-gate.com/products/dot...ance-profiler/

    or:

    http://www.jetbrains.com/profiler/

And use that to figure out what could be going on.

Do you realize how little information you actually gave us here?

Yes - memory leaks are possible in ASP.net apps. Are you properly disposing of all objects?

Show us some code for accessing your database from the code behind.

How many users are hitting the site "concurrently"??

I've never heard of anything like this - but share with us what your configuration is.
