There is a free utility that you can get from the net called "cureit Dr Web" it has sorted me out a scores of times when my AV doesnt pick up threats soon enough. If you have abit of registry experience you can go to Hijackthis.de and Download their utility too . That should give you some breathing space.

but imagine if it's a system dll that have problems or ins't correctly registred, how can i fix it?

If you can download a new copy of the dll and have it re-registered.
Google the needed dll and download copy to desktop
Make a shortcut of regsvr32.dll and place on desktop (found in C:\Windows\System32)
Drag needed dll onto regsvr32.dll shortcut to register
If you get a message like dll registered then your done.
