    Resolved [RESOLVED] DTPicker

    How can I "pop" open the calendar when DTPicker is selected via tab?
    FCC Section 97.313(a) “At all times, an amateur station must use the minimum transmitter power necessary to carry out the desired communications.”

    I'd rather run a "Killer-Watt" than a KiloWatt - QRP Rules!!!

    Re: DTPicker

    You mean this?

    Code:
    Private Declare Function SendMessage Lib "user32" Alias "SendMessageA" _
    (ByVal hwnd As Long, ByVal wMsg As Long, ByVal wParam As Long, lParam As Any) As Long

    Const WM_KEYDOWN = &H100

    Private Sub DTPicker1_GotFocus()
        SendMessage DTPicker1.hwnd, WM_KEYDOWN, &H73, &H3E0001
    End Sub

    That's it...thanks.
    but....
    As the user is tabbing thru the fields, it would be a PIA to have to hit the ESC to close and move on to the next field. Is there a way to use TAB to close it and move on to the next field as well?

    Re: DTPicker

    Not that I am aware of as the "Tab" is not captured when the DTP is open. Be it Keypress, KeyUp or Keydown...

    As it is 'Esc' and 'Tab' are almost Neighbors...
