Adding a component from the VS Toolbox adds the required references automatically. If that didn't happen then there's something wrong with your VS.

What exactly did you add from the Toolbox? Exactly what references did that add? Have you imported any namespace(s)? Exact what lines of code throw those exceptions?

I have used this componet before with out any problem.
Now i only make a new application and drag and drop one control of "DevComponents.DotNetBar2.dll" on form and run my program and give me this error !! i don't know why ... it should work !
