lol at max, that sounds like the start of a spam mail.
I recently received an interesting variant on the Nigerian scam that began with Dear Chosen One.
The variation was that I was being "accidentally informed" of a large whack of cash that had been intended for one use that was frustrated, so it had been put into a bank with certain account number, and so forth. Basically, the thing was written to suggest that it had been intended for someone else on the hope that I would take the information provided and attempt to steal the money.
Scams within scams.

Did Atheist ever move to the US? I remember him posting about it quite a bit a while back. If one of his posts was in this thread I'd look at location but it isn't. What's nice about omnipresence is that you don't have to move anywhere because you're already there. You save a lot of money on travel expenses.
