    Over-Engineering at it's funniest.

A top-heavy micro car that still doesn't have storage capacity?

A modified Segway electric bike? That consumes energy standing still, and have safety issues if there is a electronic failure? Imagine the balancing mechanism fails while you're riding at 15 miles an hour. Also it probably still has terrible range.

How are those any better than the much cheaper and more stable, non-electronic, gas motor scooter?

This one's much better than your scooter:

70 mpg, goes effortlessly from the muddiest trails to 75 mph freeways (places you'll never dare to go on a scooter), and best of all you don't look like a total dork while riding it.

One more thing... have the girl in orange washed and sent to my quarters.

It looks like that scooter can hold 3 people, that "air bag" is a back support cushion for the 3rd person (I'll give you a hint, the 3rd person rides backwards)
