    Resolved [RESOLVED] Retreiving the duration of a video

    how can I Retreiving the duration of a video file without using the media player

    Found that on the web, they use DirectX to get the length of a video file.

    didn't test it but it might work, have a look.

    Note : you might need to install the DirectX SDK in order to be able to get the assembly that you need to add as a reference to your project. You can find it here
