nope, we get to come in at 6 am so we can leave by noon. My party is going to be a bottle of jack daniels waiting for me on my bed when i get home.

Christmas Eve is kinda late for the office party.
The party over here happened last week.

Our departmental parties have all been canceled this year. We have one for our entire building, but that is more formal as it is held in our main Atrium.

ours is this Friday... it's a lunch thing.

The family and I usually go out dinner, then off driving through expensive neighborhoods to look at lights... then it's back home, put the kiddos in bed, then a night of putting things together.

We had ours the other Saturday. Partied til they kicked us out. Open bar, dinner and DJ/dance floor. Oh the people that made foos of themselves :roflmao:

Why would they host a company party on the holiday eve? People may have family or plans

Had our Company party last week, Xmas eve hitting the dinner and drinks with family and friends and giving out presents, that way we can sleep in Xmas morning and then get up and fire up the BBQ.

In my last job we had our Xmas party in February :-D

    Still, I won a £250 watch, so I wasn't too bothered.
