Arranging Numbers in Descending Order using Arrays

Can someone help me on how to arrange numbers in descending order?
    I'm using Visual Basic 6.0
What I want to do is that, when I click a button, the name of the person + the general average will be saved on a textbox, when I got all the average of the students, then when I click another button the textbox wherein the general averages were saved, will arrange into descending order.
    Please help.

This thread in the Code Bank section has multiple methods of sorting an array.
